THE VILLA

The villa is spacious, very well-equipped and provides stunning views

You'll wake up every morning to beautiful views of the mountains of the Costa Tropical and the bay towards Salobrena.

The house is part of a block of 4 houses and is set out on 2 floors with panoramic and un-restricted views from the spacious lounge, luxurious master bedroom and large sun terrace.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Lounge/Dining Room: The open plan lounge/dining area has patio doors leading out onto the terrace which gives panoramic views across the hills. Lounge comprises of 2 sofas, dining table and 6 chairs, TV and DVD player.

Air-conditioning is set up for use in the living room area and master bedroom. This can also be used in the winter months to keep the house warm.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower bidet and separate bath. Beautiful views from the large picture window.

Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and stand alone wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds, bedside cabinet and stand alone wardrobe.

Bathroom 2: equipped with walk-in shower.

Sun Terrace: The large sun terrace is ideal for al fresco dining. It has outdoor table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Small children should be supervised at all times on the terrace.

Utility Room: Houses the washing machine, boiler and provides an extra toilet.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen including electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. All utensils are provided including crockery and glasses with plenty of storage cupboards. An iron and ironing board is provided.

Services provided: All towels and linen are provided in the house excluding beach towels. All beds are made up ready for arrival and a welcome pack will be awaiting you.

The living room area: has a ceiling fan which keeps the house cool during the hotter months. The Costa Tropical's famed coastal breezes keep it comfortably cool during these periods.

Parking: There are plenty of parking bays just outside the house for parking.

No pets or smoking indoors please.
