The Villa is part of a small and exclusive development of Fuentes (fountains) de Almunecar. In the style of a Spanish 'pueblo', it is located on an unspoilt part of Spain's Southern coast, the Costa Tropical, close to the town of Almunecar.

Set at the highest part of the town it offers magnificent views of the coast and surrounding mountainside. There are 2 beautiful swimming pools; one being an infinity pool with breathtaking sea and coastal views. The grounds are landscaped, with trees, streams, fountains and waterfalls.

The villa is situated only 5 minutes drive away from the town of Almunecar and its beaches. The nearest beach of Tesorillo can be accessed on foot only 10 minutes walk away.

Almuņecar is just 45 minutes south of Granada and the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
